Strandappartement Katwijk is a trade name of Haasnoot Advisering en Bemiddeling (and further referred to as SAK) known under KVK number 88948226, Establishment number 000054767458, located at Boulevard 105, 2225 HB in Katwijk aan Zee, processes personal data of its customers, interested parties and other contact persons. SAK does this in order to serve visitors/clients and third parties as well as possible and to achieve our objectives. In this privacy statement, we explain why and how we process your personal data. This website (www.strandappartementkatwijk.nl, a website of SAK) processes privacy-sensitive data or personal data. SAK considers careful handling of personal data very important. Personal data are therefore carefully processed and secured by us. In our processing, we comply with the requirements of the AVG Act (entered into force on 25 May 2018). Why do we process personal data?

SAK processes personal data for the following purposes:

1. Administration and service provision
In our administration, we keep a record of potential customers and suppliers of SAK, together with the relevant contact persons. We keep various personal data of contact persons to perform our services in the best possible way. For example, we keep contact details to be able to reach and serve you. You can reach SAK through various channels: phone, email and social media. To make that possible, we also process personal data.

2. Marketing & recruitment
For possible SAK campaigns, we also process personal data. For example, cookie ID, social ID and/or surfing behaviour. We do this to be able to show the most relevant advertisement in the right places if a campaign will be run. We may also use ‘custom audiences’ for SAK (and campaigns related to us) through social media platforms. We can do this through Facebook and possibly Instagram targeting. Rights of data subjects

Retention periods

SAK will not retain your data for longer than necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this privacy statement. When you send us an email or ask a question via a contact form, we keep your data for 6 months after we have responded to it, in order to answer any follow-up questions. Company data we keep for as long as mutual services are running. This also includes related personal data – in relation to the company you work or act for.

Basis of processing

As explained above, we process some data for the performance of a legal duty, some for the performance of an agreement (assignment, purchase of service and/or product or an event) and most for the performance of SAK’s legitimate interest: the performance of our objective.
